INTEGRITY ANIMAL HOSPITAL

Our Services

General Services

  • Senior Care

As our other family members get older, they need more attention to aging problems. We recommend senior care exams every 6 months starting about 7 years for small breeds and 5 years for larger breeds.  These exams may include ECG, blood chemistries, CBC, glaucoma exam, dental exam and prophylaxis, chest x-rays and thyroid function tests.

  • Laser Declaws

The decision to declaw is often difficult. There must be a commitment to keep the cat indoors in most situations. Once the decision has been made, the use of a surgical laser to perform the surgery is the most humane procedure available.  There is less  post-operative pain, and the patient can usually go home the same day.

  • Equine Medicine and Surgery

Equine services include vaccinations, Coggins tests, health certificates, treating colic cases and other diseases and suturing lacerations.

  • Dental

Dental exams, teeth cleaning, oral surgery, teeth extractions.

  • Laser Assisted Surgery

Whenever it is possible to perform a procedure using the surgical laser, it seals the nerve endings and small capillaries making post-op more comfortable for the pet.

  • Diagnostic Imaging

A full range of radiology and ultrasonography services are available.

  • New Puppy Care

First vaccinations and intestinal parasite exams should be started at 6 weeks of age. Other exams and vaccinations are due at 9, 12, and 15 weeks.  Parvo and distemper viruses are still very prevalent in this area and vaccinations are very important.

  • New Kitten Care

Inital  visit and exam starts at 6 weeks. If everything is ok, we give the first kitten shots.  These are repeated at 9 weeks, adding a Feline leukemia vaccination.  At  12 weeks we test for the feline leukemia virus.  If the test is negative, the second leukemia vaccine is administered.  Rabies vaccine is given before the kitten is 6 months old.
